Joe Jonas faced backlash on social media on Tuesday after the “SOS” singer filed for divorce, claiming that his ex Sophie Turner’s affinity for partying was to blame for the split.
“She likes to party; he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles,” a source close to the couple told TMZ, just before Jonas, 34, filed a motion to end his marriage to the “Game of Thrones” star.
Since the comments were posted, the eldest Jonas brother has been trolled by online users who have claimed Jonas is trying to make the 27-year-old gymnast look like a bad mom.

One fan claimed the statement made it sound like Jonas and his PR team were trying to “move something forward.”
“His team keeps telling stories about how he tried to save the marriage,” the fan wrote. “How she’s having a big party and all these other stories while she wasn’t saying a word.
“It’s like these people are trying to push something,” the user added.
News that Jonas was is trying to end his four-year marriage The Brit-born popped up on Sunday and was subsequently confirmed after the Celebrate! show. The singer hired attorney Tom Sasser, who is known to be handling Tiger Woods’ divorce, to represent him in the upcoming trial.
