JGOD Explains Why Nikita and M1916’s “Fatal Bugs” Make Them So Bad in Warzone

While they won’t be available for long, Warzone expert JGOD has spent a lot of time on the new Season 3 weapons and believes that while the Nikita and M1916 are usable, they “don’t fit.”

The Warzone Season 3 update has turned out to be big, with significant changes being made to many of the updates Game established weapons with longstanding sniper rifles like the ZRG 20mm and HDR now stepping onto the plate to attempt to become top dog.

While the meta is being changed by some weapons, the new Nikita AVT and M1916 weapons are trying to break into it. JGOD is known for its breakdown and analysis of Warzone’s weapons: their recoil, firing patterns, and more.

He’s spent a lot of time with the new weapons since last season’s launch, and doesn’t think too much of the newest line of weapons.

If you’re looking for dubs in Warzone, Nikita and M1916 might not be the way to go.

Warzone’s Nikita AVT & M1916 Won’t Be a Meta?

The M1916 is a sniper rifle and the Nikita AVT is an assault rifle, and JGOD has spent its fair share on both weapons to properly and fairly test them.

He maxed out both weapons and said, “These guns aren’t great, I’d say, ‘Are they usable?’ They are 100% usable. I think they can be a little bit fun, a little bit more challenging, but they have some fatal flaws.”

JGOD continued, “Even after the weapon balancing that kind of distorted those things [Nikita and M1916] still don’t necessarily fit into the competitive or ultra-high tier space, they’re definitely workable, but there are a few things we’ll talk about.”

JGOD says the M1916’s projectile velocity is low, “which is not good” for a weapon in its class. He also thinks its low rate of fire puts it on the more unforgiving side of things, making the M1916 a fun distraction but ultimately “not really all that practical”.

As for the Nikita AVT, JGOD thinks its “TTK is fine” but low magazine options reduced its effectiveness since its damage output isn’t all that high. He also alludes to the Nikita’s recoil pattern, saying, “They’ll probably adjust the recoil pattern because it just isn’t good at anything in particular.”

The Warzone personality essentially had these two new weapons built to be as powerful as possible, but thinks there are better options for you if you follow the game’s ultimate meta options.
