The Celtics traded Brogdon and Williams to the Portland Trail Blazers in a deal that brought Jrue Holiday to Boston. Tatum, who has always spoken highly of Williams, said: “That hurt. My brother here. The hardest part about this business is I appreciate you for everything. I'm very proud of the player you've become and excited to see how far you go. He also shouted out Brogdon, writing: "A true professional, nothing but love and respect for this guy. "Good luck this year." The Celtics don't play the Blazers until March 11, so Tatum will have to wait months before he reunites with his former teammates on the court - assuming they're still in Portland.
