Jason Binn arrested for allegedly grabbing teenage relative’s bum

Jet-setting media publisher Jason Binn was arrested Monday for allegedly grabbing a teenage relative’s butt after a fancy meal at a Manhattan restaurant on Valentine’s Day.

The DuJour magazine boss and longtime Hamptons mainstay, 54, was slapped at his arraignment Monday afternoon with misdemeanors allegedly involving violent touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse.

Binn wore a mask and desperately tried to avoid having his picture taken in court and at one point had to be escorted to the judge – an angle that exposed him to photographers.

Binn was released on his own and hastily disappeared without comment. He will appear in court again next month.

According to a police report and law enforcement sources, Binn allegedly squeezed the 16-year-old family member’s buttocks over her clothing without her consent after eating at Italian hotspot Cipriani around 8pm in February.

The alleged victim went to the police in late April to file a complaint, sources said.

Binn is said to have “violently touched the sexual and other intimate parts of another person in order to humiliate and abuse that person and to satisfy the defendant’s sexual desire,” the court filing said.

The well-heeled defendant declined to comment to The Post on Monday. His attorney, Alan Sash, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

But Binn’s divorce attorney, Valentina Shaknes, said in a statement: “Unfortunately, this is the final chapter in a long and bitter divorce process.

“We will not comment further.”

Binn split from ex-wife Haley in 2016 and divorce proceedings are ongoing, sources said. The couple have two daughters and a son.
