Jane Seymour and her “Doctor Quinn” co-stars, including her ex Joe Lando reunited this week for a special 23-year anniversary after the ’90s medical drama ended end.
“Dr. Quinn” star Jane Seymour took to Instagram this week to share that she and co-stars William Shockley, Jason Leland Adams and Joe Lando reunion to celebrate Lando’s birthday.
Seymour shared two photos from the celebration. In the first photo, the “Dr. Quinn” actors embrace while the “Dr. Quinn” men hug Seymour in the second photo.

In the caption, Seymour write out a sweet message about that day and said “they still carry me after all these years” and that her heart was filled with enthusiasm as she spent time with “these incredible people.”
She revealed that they celebrated Lando’s big birthday together when he turns 60 on Thursday, December 9, 2021. She joked that the 60s were just close for the expenses. .
Seymour and Lando briefly dated while piloting their popular ’90s show. However, they broke up right before the show even started so they had a few awkward moments on set together. She used to told US Weekly:
“We didn’t really talk to each other, other than talk or make up for about six or seven years.”
Seymour plays the main character, Dr. Michaela Quinn, while Lando plays her love interest, Byron Sully. Seymour explains that their off-screen problems add to Dr. Quinn and Sully’s sexual tension on-screen.
Fortunately, the former couple became good friends and maintained their friendship throughout the years. Friends reunited two years ago in the summer of 2019 and shared a few things pictures.
Seymour shared a photo of the two hanging out together in front of a sparkling blue swimming pool. The actress donned a pretty patterned tunic while Lando kept things casual and sported a maroon t-shirt and blue jacket.
The following year, Seymour, Lando and most of their former cast members “Dr. Quinn” reunited for a Zoom event with Entertainment Weekly in which they reminisced about their time on the show.
The show has meant a lot to viewers and of course the cast over the years. Seymour yourself credit TV show about changing and saving her life when she landed the role after she was in “the lowest depths of despair”.
Her ex-husband owed millions of dollars, and Seymour found himself homeless and penniless. After a desperate call to her agent, she landed the role and became the highest-paid actress at the time.
