Jake Paul got ripped off by former UFC champion for claiming he would win in MMA

Former UFC flyweight king Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson challenged Jake Paul to actually enforce his claims of engaging in MMA by stepping in the cage for at least one fight.
Having made waves in the boxing world, Jake Paul hasn’t shyed away from exploring mixed martial arts either. Social media can count victories over Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren to his boxing record, and he’s looking to add Conor McGregor to that.
Outside the ring, Jake has repeatedly chased after UFC President Dana White, has called Jorge Masvidal to a fight and engaged with Nate Diaz when he spoke of wanting to get in the cage.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer is fairly confident in his abilities – he believes he can beat McGregor with a first-round knockout – and former UFC champion Demetrious Johnson wants him to actually back up those claims.

Jake Paul is currently 5-0 in his boxing career.
‘Mighty Mouse’, now in contention for ONE Championship promotion, spoke up MMA junkie on Jake’s apparent desire to switch from boxing to MMA and had some sharp words for the YouTube star.
“If Jake Paul thinks he’s so damn bad at boxing and all that stuff, hats off. You’re 3-0, 4-0 as a boxer. Do the fuck mixed martial arts,” Johnson said. “I was doing an interview the other day and I was like, ‘Everybody’s worried about fighting this person, let’s see how much money I can make from this person.’ I thought, ‘Just do mixed martial arts.’ You think you’re so great, just do it.”
The flyweight king kept urging Jake to make the switch, at least try. “For me, when someone says, ‘Ah blah blah blah, you MMA guys suck.’ It’s like, ‘Then come and do it.’ If you succeed, good job. You lose, you tried,” he said.

Mighty Mouse is a monster in the cage as well as on the gaming sticks.
Though Jake claims he would eventually get into the cage, he appears to be more focused on boxing as he prepares for an August bout against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
Who knows if he’ll make the switch later, but there’s a lot of interest behind it.
