He is currently signed to Gucci Mane’s record label 1017 and has been making waves in the rap world since his debut.

His track “Back in Blood” featuring Lil Durk peaked at #46 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The star faces up to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts in Tennessee and Florida in January.

Pooh was in a car when a person fired a gun at a gas station in Memphis in July 2020.

In October 2020, Shiesty was arrested in Florida.

A criminal complaint alleged that the rapper went to the Landon Hotel in Bay Harbor Islands to buy “high-end athletic shoes” and marijuana.

The rapper was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and armed battery in that incident.

Dramatic shots reportedly showed the moment the shooting erupted.

Surveillance video shows a McLaren sports car, a Mercedes-Benz Maybach and another Mercedes pulling into a condominium parking lot.

The drivers and passengers then got out of the cars and just minutes later a man in a white shirt and another in a black sweatshirt started shooting.

Then they run back to the Maybach, which sprints away, followed by the McLaren.

Footage showed another man limping back to the Mercedes. Both victims were taken to Aventura Hospital with injuries.

Court documents revealed that Shiesty fled in a McLaren, leaving behind a Louis Vuitton bag – which contained more than $40,000 in cash.

The rapper was arraigned in Miami-Dade state court and released on bail.

He was taken into custody in July 2021 and agreed to plead guilty months later.

The rapper faces a life sentence.

In another incident, Shiesty is said to have shot a security guard in the leg during an incident at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami-Dade on May 30 Miami Herald reports.

A man behind the camera claimed Shiesty was at the venue and claimed someone stole the musician’s money, according to footage posted to social media.

The crowd then appears to disperse as gunfire is reported.

TMZ claimed that an argument broke out between Shiesty and security around 4am as he was being escorted out of the building.

The security manager reportedly said money fell out of Shiesty’s pocket.

It was unclear whether and how much money was involved.

TMZ also reported that the rapper reportedly drew his gun and shot the ground, but that the shot hit a security guard’s ankle and he was taken to the hospital.

The star reportedly fled the scene before police arrived.

months before filmingHe previously spoke of bringing “fire” to a club.

The lyrics “I got my own fire, don’t need security in the club” appear on his hit song “Back In Blood”.

In the same lane, Shiesty claims that “we had three hundred shots in the car before we picked Durk up.”

He also talks guns and bullets, saying, “Over 20 shots left in the K, 15 left in the Glock.”

Pooh faced a life sentence but pleaded guilty to one charge over the three incidents in January.

He faced up to 20 years in prison, but lawyers recommended an eight-year sentence, according to the report Associated Press.

The US Attorney’s Office in South Florida said the star admitted as part of his plea deal that he conspired to possess firearms to encourage violent crime and drug trafficking.

It is reported that the government cannot ask for more than 97 months behind bars.

Shiesty could face up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.

He is scheduled to be sentenced in Miami on April 7.

Months after his guilty plea, a photo that appears to be of the rapper leaked online this week.

The image was uploaded from a backup page for DJ Akademiks on Instagram, The source reports.

The Sun has reached out to Saam Zangeneh and Bradford Cohen, who previously represented Shiesty, for comment on the photo’s legitimacy.
