In Rihanna’s TEN-year battle with a neighbor who sued her for parking in his driveway and planting a bamboo bush that was “too tall.”

SINGER Rihanna has finally settled a legal dispute with her neighbor who sued her more than 10 years ago.

Christian Moeller sued Rihanna in 2009 when she was just 21, accusing the Umbrella star of being a “bad neighbor” in her Hollywood Hills neighborhood.

Court documents filed Jan. 25 in Los Angeles Superior Court in a motion to dismiss showed the trial named Robyn Fenty — Rihanna’s real name — and her then-landlord, Stephen Yacobian.

In his original lawsuit, Moeller sued the star for damages for trespassing, fraud, invasion of privacy and harassment.

He claimed that cars owned by chauffeurs and Rihanna herself were loitering and blocking his driveway, and that the singer planted tall bamboo plants that blocked his view of the city.

Moeller said in his lawsuit that a surveillance camera installed at the home was aimed at his property.

But January legal filings dismissed the case, according to RadarOnline, although the documents did not reveal the details of the settlement.

The same website previously reported on the lawsuit and spoke to some of their other neighbors, who had nothing but good things to say about the star.

“She’s a good neighbor,” said one person, adding that Rihanna is “almost never” in the rented apartment.

Another neighbor also said they preferred Rihanna to the previous tenants.

“A few years ago there were squatters living there and it became a real party house with people from all over Los Angeles,” the neighbor explained.

“But after they got kicked out, things got really quiet again and Rihanna wasn’t really causing any problems.

“There’s been a few parties there over the last month, but nothing really bad enough that people would file a lawsuit.”

The settled dispute comes as Rihanna looks to launch her lingerie brand in the stockings market – potentially adding $1 billion to her fortune.

She’s in talks about launching her racy panty collection, Savage X Fenty.

The brand could be valued at £2.3bn when it goes public this year.

And Rihanna, 34, reportedly owns 30 per cent, making her stake worth around £770m – or $1bn.

Rihanna, who is expecting her first child with rapper A$AP Rocky, is reportedly worth £1.3 billion.

With worldwide record sales in excess of 250 million, The Barbadian is one of the best-selling music artists of all time.

But most of her wealth is thanks to the success of the cosmetics line Fenty Beauty, which she co-owns with French luxury retailer LVMH.

Her lingerie venture Savage X Fenty started in 2018 as an online-only brand. It has now expanded to five retail locations in cities like Los Angeles and Washington DC.
