‘I’m afraid to leave my house’: TikTok star Ava Majury replies as stalker case dismissed

Trial of TikTok star Ava Majury A former classmate was expelled from school by US courts after she accused the teen of intimidating and stalking her.

15-year-old Ava Majury is a popular social media personality with over 1 million followers on TikTok and 57.5 million collective likes for all her videos.

On July 10, 2020, 18-year-old Eric Rohan Justin arrived at Majury’s home in Naples, Florida with a shotgun, blasted open the front door and discharged a cartridge into the 14-year-old’s bedroom door. The attacker was quickly met by Ava’s father, who chased him away, retrieved a pistol, and later killed Justin.

Two years after the incident, Majury has now taken a stand in a separate stalking incident, testifying against a former schoolmate who she says has been stalking her.

Ava Majury responds as the stalker case is dismissed

On March 28, 2022, Majury testified outside the Collier County Courthouse in Florida, where she claimed that a youth was “always behind” her or around her “no matter what.”

“I was shocked. I pulled myself out of a lot of things I love. … I retired from football when we were heading into mid-season,” Majury said in her statement Monday.

Majury, along with her attorneys, argued that the accused classmate was associated with Justin, which Ava said Ava “was trying to do.” murder” your family.

According to Fox News, Majury would occasionally request information about Justin, such as texts and Snapchat messages, since she knew the two had been in touch.

The defendant’s attorney argued that his client voluntarily sent Majury information about Justin to make her aware of the situation and that Majury’s testimony fell short of the definition of stalking.

After a nearly hour-and-a-half hearing, the Florida judge decided to dismiss the case because there wasn’t enough evidence to prove her classmate was a stalker.

Majury’s TikTok account has since been deleted, but her Instagram remains active.
