A STARBUCKS employee has revealed the most shocking drink order he’s received.

The barista claimed a customer asked for his ice chai tea latte to match his skin color.

The barista took to social media to explain what happened.

In a viral TikTok Videouser @angellrreyes pretends to be typing along to sounds of beeps and clicks from a cash register.

The overlay text reads, “I calculated why an adult white male told me he wanted his iced tea chai tea latte to be the same color as my skin.”

The video has more than 111,000 views and viewers were shocked.

Another user commented, “Sorry what.”

User @angellrreyes responded with “I really wish I was lying.”

Others who have worked for the coffee company shared similar experiences.

“This happened to me on a Starbies shift and my manager pulled me aside to ask if I was ok after the encounter,” wrote one user.

Creator @angellrreyes responded with, “No because my manager was in the back when that happened and the face of shock he had when I told him.”

“How many times I’ve heard that,” said another person.

“That’s what happened to me too, but with coffee,” said another.

The US Sun, along with user @angellrreyes, reached out to both Starbucks via Instagram direct message for comment.
