“It’s about showing respect for each other’s schedules.”
Even if the weather is bad, the nail expert advises against a visit.

She said: “Would you want to hold hands with a coughing, sneezing person for half an hour? I wouldn’t have thought so.”
When it comes to having fake nails, the greatest sin people have committed has been to tamper with them and break them off themselves.
She said: “When gels are removed improperly, parts of the nail also come off. Not only does this damage your nail in general, but it also makes it that much harder for future gel (and nail polish!) to adhere to your nail.”
Another surefire way to hack your manicurist is not to tell them you need to remove your old nails when you make the booking, as it takes a lot longer to do both than just starting with fresh nails.
Next, Sarah warned against texting on your phone during the appointment as it can both mess up your nails and really annoy everyone in the salon.
She also advised that you should refill your manicure between salon visits.
Sarah said: “Apply cuticle serum to the skin around your nails daily and your cuticles will keep them moisturized while keeping your manicure looking fresh.
“Coating your (Polish) manicure with Top Coating every few days will keep it in check and keep your manicure super shiny. A little TLC goes a long way.”
In Nagel-News, this woman was furious as she left the salon with claws that looked like they had been painted with Tippex.
