“Always book directly with the hotel,” he said. “You’ll have a much better experience booking with the hotel than booking with Expedia or another third-party site because they’ll know if you’re a customer.” important or not.”
“And if you book directly with them, they can see how you’re rated by your guests – whether you’re silver, gold, how many times you’ve stayed with them before, etc.
His final tip is to simply be casual and polite. “Just be human and talk honestly,” he said. You can always ask for a room upgrade.
