This trick can be used for anything in life where you need willpower and takes just five seconds, hence why he calls it your “five seconds of power”.
Experts say that as soon as the alarm goes off, you have 5 seconds to decide if you’re awake or not.

“After five seconds have passed, your subconscious has made a choice on any given decision,” he explains.
