I’m a Celebrity: Liam Gallagher fumes as Babatunde Aleshe leaves show ahead of Matt Hancock

Liam Gallagher was furious after Babatúndé Aléshé was eliminated I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!.

The stand-up comedian became the fifth contestant to be voted out of camp during Wednesday night’s (November 23) show. Fellow comedian Seann Walsh was also in the last two but narrowly escaped elimination.

Speaking to Ant and Dec – after spilling champagne all over himself – Aléshé said he “needed my freedom” after his time in the jungle.

“Spending two weeks and a little bit there is hardcore,” he said.

However, viewers at home were sad to see Aléshé leaving, with former Oasis frontman Gallagher commenting: “Fuck off Love Baba Tunde [sic] I can’t live in a world where T*** Hancock is still in charge.”

Aléshé responded to Gallagher’s tweet and commented, “MAN LIKE LIAM GALLAGHER!!!!!!!!”

Asked why Aléshé was the least popular candidate to the likes of Hancock and Chris Moyles.

“Why is Chris Moyles more popular than Babatunde???” asked a viewer.

“Babatunde??? ABOUT MATT HANCOCK??? THIS IS IT,” wrote another.

One tweet read: “Babatunde out before Chris and Matt Hancock??”

“Please tell me why is Matt Hancock still around and Babatunde gone?!” commented another.

“Absolute injustice that Chris is still there instead of Babatunde,” said one social media user.

The remaining celebrities at camp are Jill Scott, Mike Tindall, Owen Warner, Seann Walsh, Hancock and Moyles.

I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
