But this woman is constantly mistaken for a woman 10 years younger and she thinks in fact she cut her sugar when she was just 21 years old.
Makeup artist and skincare enthusiast Leah Vairo took to her TikTok page to share a video of herself in which she shows off her flawless skin.
“One month later I turn 34 and everyone mistook me for a 26-year-old,” she wrote at the top of the clip.
“I don’t have any wrinkles, I’ve never had Botox or any other major procedure.
“Follow me for tips on how to look and feel young forever.
“First tip: don’t eat cane sugar like ever. I stopped eating cane sugar when I was 21 years old.
“Cane sugar, aka white sugar, breaks down collagen in your skin.”
She shared the video with the caption: “First tip. Don’t eat cane sugar!!
“I eat fruit and coconut sugar because I’m not a stranger but I actually avoid cane sugar 99% of the time.”
However, while Leah prides herself on her wrinkle-free skin, those in the comments aren’t sure she looks 10 years younger.
“You look 34 beautiful. 34 is not old!” one person wrote.
While another added: “You look 34. And that’s not a bad thing, 34 is still young.”
And another commented: “You’re gorgeous! But you definitely look your age.
“34 is not old at all, although it is too young in the grand scheme of life.”
