“I would”: Tottenham have given the tip to sign a “talented player” from the Champions League club in Poland

Darren Ambrose has assisted Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur in signing Harry Maguire from Manchester United ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.
To say life was tough for Harry Maguire at Manchester United would be an understatement.
Ambrose believes the England international needs to “revive” his faltering career having helped him move from Old Trafford to Tottenham, he told The Transfer Show Sky Sports (8/28/23 at 7:15 p.m.).
Tottenham proved that freshness is needed in defense in Tuesday’s EFL Cup defeat by Fulham as Davinson Sanchez struggled again.
Of course, they would have to get players out before they could get them in. With Eric Dier not back in the matchday squad, it’s pretty clear his future lies elsewhere.
Anyway, former Premier League midfielder Ambrose, who is a Spurs fan, would like Maguire at Hotspur Way if possible.

“He’s a talented player,” Ambrose said. “He didn’t have great years at Manchester United. We know that trust plays a big role.
“I think he is a talented football player. I would have him at Tottenham. I’m a Spurs fan. i would have him
“I think he needs to get his career back on track somewhere, whether it’s at West Ham or Spurs, that means retiring from a big club like Manchester United.” Given the timing and the fee that’s been thrown at him, I believe just not that he was up for it coming from Leicester.
“But there is a talented player in there. He just needs to go somewhere, play games and rebuild his career.”

Maguire has to leave Man United
It’s not healthy for the 30-year-old and he’ll only hurt the long-term future of his career if he stays there.
Maguire needs to bite the bullet and switch to a team that offers him a new platform to get his career back on track because at Old Trafford he’s just one poor performance away from being verbally attacked.
Plus, it won’t be long before Gareth Southgate stops signing him for England, especially with Euro 2024 just around the corner.
