I slept six hours EVERY night after giving birth to my son

MOTHER KNOW their babies are sleep deprived, from night feedings to diaper changes.

But one woman has revealed how she avoids getting fatigued thanks to the schedules she and her partner stick to.

Renee shared that changing that by changing her sleep schedule after having a son, she was able to sleep at least six hours a night.

Renee Reina shared her advice about her TikTok channel and it went viral with over 600k views.

The mom who shared the hack says ‘people’s needs matter’ and we couldn’t agree more.

She said that the first few weeks after her son was born, the couple changed their habits so they could both get enough sleep.

Renee, who also runs a podcast for moms called The Mom Room, adds that by doing this, she’s able to get at least six hours of uninterrupted naps.

She explained her new routine and said she would go to bed at 6pm while her husband stayed with their son until midnight.

At midnight, her partner would breastfeed and undress their baby and put him in the crib.

Then her husband would go to bed while Renee would take over.

She added: “I have never been sleep deprived because I always get 6 hours of sleep.

“This may not work for every couple, but it’s an example of trying to accommodate everyone’s needs.

“My son’s need was met, my husband’s need was met, and my need was met.”

Viewers of the video loved the idea, and many asked the mother if she was still experiencing postpartum tantrums.

Renee said she did, but because her needs were met, it was easier to manage.

Many viewers thought the idea was so clever and so many moms agreed it helped them too, with one person writing: “I really like this. Thank you for saying this!”

“My husband and I did this and it really helped me not to feel like a zombie.” One mother said.

Another mum added: “That’s how we did it, it was amazing. Never felt too tired.”
