I pay $3,000 in rent but my landlord is useless – we have rats in our closets, black mold and termites

AN INCREDIBLY fed woman has taken to the internet to reveal how useless her landlord is.

She claimed the landlord refused to help her with any problems, like the rats and termites infesting the house and the black mold on the walls.

The disgruntled tenant got it all wrong in the San Diego home she and her roommates rent for $3,000 a month Video posted online.

She started on the outside first, where you can see a switch box with cables hanging freely.

Next, she panned to several areas where rotting wood was piling up around the house, including an area that is chained and locked.

The poster claimed the wood is a fire hazard, but the landlord refuses to clean it up.

Another location for high-piled debris, according to the poster, is under the “termite-infested” staircase leading to the home’s door.

When the tenant entered the home, he showed footage of floor tiles, a laundry door, and a heater, all broken.

She also revealed some deep cracks in the ceiling in two areas of the house.

According to the poster, the kitchen was “infested with rats” and the landlord apparently refused to help.

She then showed black mold growing on the walls of the home before revealing an entire room, closet and porch she claimed were added without permission.

Finally, she said access to the attic was sealed in a room with a ceiling that was “too low for code.”

The woman added in the comments section that the issues shown in her video are just the beginning of a long list.

She also claimed she has involved the health department and is working to find a new place to live.

“We brought the health and building inspector over here last month and she missed the deadline so the city is protecting us.

“We are also working with a lawyer to write a letter about leaving and keeping our money. We’re not trying to stay much longer as we know she’ll never fix a lot of issues,” she explained.

“The house will soon be condemned because it really isn’t [habitable].”

The video received dozens of shocked and surprised comments, including one woman who claimed she was incredulous that the video was “getting worse and worse.”

“Good for you that you fought her as someone who was forced from an unsafe place last year,” wrote a second viewer.

In response to another concerned supporter, the poster said she and her roommates stopped paying rent in October 2021 and are protected by city statutes until their grievances are resolved.
