I named each of my five children after a member of my husband’s family

In a viral video that racked up more than 123,000 views, TikToker introduced each of his children to his followers.

In addition to naming the babies after both Italian parents-in-law, the mother even goes as far as to go towards his great-grandfather.

Furthermore, she has also called their two children Valentino and Valentina after her mother-in-law.

While their eldest child is called Antonio, the other children of the couple are Tommasino and Mariano.

Although the mother considers it a nice gesture, her followers see it as “disrespectful” as she doesn’t take her family into account.

One replied: “I’m Italian, I would never call my children their grandparents… Everyone needs a name.”

Another added: “It’s all about the husband…”

Meanwhile, a third argued: “Hahaha no. I was born. I decided on the name. It will be named after my mother and my family.”

Responding to criticism, this mother said: “My husband’s side all take the name of their grandparents, so I decided to follow that tradition.

“Everyone makes/makes their own choices.”

When asked why she chose such two similar names for Valentino and Valentina, the mother replied: “My husband and I talked about it and we thought it was a cute idea since they’re 11 years apart. month.”
