THAT’S the app that allows people to get tons of food for a fraction of the cost of shopping.
And one woman stunned TikTokers by revealing a staggering £55 worth of sushi she picked up on the app for just £3.50.
“£3.50 for all of this!!! Love loved it!!!” Tinisha wrote on videotapes.
She picked up the bag from her local YO! Sushi, and go over each item inside for the purposes of her video.
First, a pot of edamame beans, which normally cost £2.70 from the store, was rated 4 out of 10 by Tinisha.
This was followed by some Kaiso seaweed (£3.70), which she rates as 3 out of 10, and two boxes of Yasai rolls – usually £6.90 a box.
They are rated 7 out of 10 by Tinisha, who also gets two boxes of Spicy Chicken Katsu rolls – £7.40 each – and her favorite, a box of Yo rolls.
In the end, Tinisha received two boxes of Maxi Mix, which normally costs £6.70 a time.
She rates it six out of 10.
In the comments section of the video, several people admitted they tried YO’s Too Good to Go bag! Sushi themselves, but with less success.
“You’re so lucky, I only have 2 small boxes!!” one person wrote.
“How is that £3.50?” someone else added.
Tinisha then went back to commenting to give others “a little tip,” writing: “They usually upload it 15 minutes after the store’s last pick-up the night before.
“For example, if I want to pick up my order on Tuesday, I access the app at 10pm on Monday because the last pick up time is 9:45pm on Monday (At least my store hours are your- your timing may be different).”
Talking about Too Good to Go, this The woman received a £4 bag from the Co-op and ended up with enough meat for the day and a cake as well.
