I found the best mom hack ever that guarantees a good night’s sleep

A British podcaster has shared her best-kept secret for getting much-needed sleep after having a baby on TikTok.
She called her sneaky strategy the “best mom hack ever” and it has since gone viral, racking up nearly three million views.
Parents everywhere agree that you have to “do what you have to do” to regain energy during this phase, but others called the tactic “deceptive and manipulative.”
So what’s it about?
“I’ve never told anyone that before.” @everything_luanna the clip began. “When we had our child, my husband and I agreed that I would do the night feeding and he would wake up around 5:30 a.m. to take our little girl downstairs for the morning feeding, so I could have a few hours of uninterrupted rest before he starts work.”

But then about ten weeks in, something magical happened.
“We’ve been through enough – let the men take part of the load!”
Her little one dropped her night food.
She decided to see this as an opportunity and therefore did not let her husband participate in the change.

She explained: “I had a wonderful night’s sleep and was able to get extra sleep most days after I told my husband how HORRIBLE my night had been and he thanked me for being so calm as he had no idea “That it was such a fight.”
“I would be pretty upset if my wife seduced me like that”
With a knowing smile she concludes: “I don’t regret it at all. Ladies, we’ve been through enough – let the men take some of the burden!”
“Winning at motherhood! This is the best mom hack ever!” she added in the comments.

“This has the same energy as when I said I was going grocery shopping but I had already ordered it for pickup so I could sit with a coffee for a while,” one mom commented.
Another wrote: “I did this too – I can confirm that it works wonderfully.”
Then a third declared: “Work smarter, not harder.”

Others weren’t as impressed…
“My conscience would kill me over lies and manipulation,” one user shared.
Then this father said he would “still do the morning feedings” if that happened, but would be “pretty upset” if his wife let him keep doing that.
“Honesty is the best policy,” another concluded.
