Kim Kardashian Regrets Her Relationship With Pete Davidson
Kardashian, 42, dated Davidson, 29, from October 2021 to August 2022. They parted amicably.
At the premiere of The Kardashians season 3, which aired Thursday huluKardashian shared some details about her split with the former “SNL” star with her sister Khloé, 38, and her sister Kourtney’s former partner Scott Disick, 39.
“There was a lot of guilt. He’s been through a lot, you know, because of my relationship,” she said.
She was believed to be referring to her relationship with her ex-husband Kanye West, 45. They married in 2014 and their divorce was finalized in November 2022.
West, the father of Kardashian’s four children — North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4 — took a hard hit on Davidson on social media, posting since-deleted memes about him and outrageous ones rants in which he uttered him the nickname “Skete”.
“Look at that D-KHEAD,” West also posted in February 2022, relative to Davidson.
Among other bizarre anti-Semitic rants on social media, which the Kardashian family called “never okay or excusable,” West also posted a crushing song titled “My Life Was Never Easy,” in which he rapped, “God saved me from this crash/just so I could beat Pete Davidson’s A-.”
In a music video for his song “Easy,” West also kidnaps a version of Davidson and buries him alive.
The comedian, who stars in Peacock comedy Bupkis, is notorious for his relationships with famous women, from Ariana Grande to Kate Beckinsale.
During the coronation of King Charles in England, a Tweet even joked“I wonder if [Princess] Diana would be alive if invited. I know if she did, her date would be Pete Davidson.”
Though it seems like he has a charming life, Davidson has had a rough time with West during his time with Kardashian. And she has admitted she feels “guilty” over her ex-husband’s relentless social media attacks on her now-ex-boyfriend.
On the episode of The Kardashians, she said her eventual partner should be able to handle all areas of her life, including West’s dramas.
“My person will be like, fuck it,” she said. “It’s going to be tough, but we’re together and we’re going to enjoy doing this, so I’m just waiting for that person.”
