Howard Stern slams Oprah Winfrey for “showing off” her “wealth” on Instagram.

Howard Stern shared some harsh judgments about Oprah Winfrey regarding her “wealth” and how she shows it.

Over the bank holiday weekend, the former Oprah Winfrey Show The host shared a few videos from her home that she had lunch with Abbott Elementary School Creator and star Quinta Brunson.

Part of Winfrey’s beautiful home and garden can be seen in the background of the clips.

“Oprah is not at all embarrassed about her wealth,” Stern said on Monday (Nov. 28) episode of his self-titled radio show. The Howard Stern Show. “She loves showing it off on Instagram. It’s freaking amazing to follow her on Instagram, to see her lands, her gardens and the people who serve her.”

His co-host Robin Quivers joked: “Serve her? It’s not a car.”

“Well she kind of is,” Stern replied. “She has servants and likes when people cook and it’s wild as hell. She knows how to get rich… but she likes to show it off, which I don’t like. I don’t think people should brag about their wealth.”

“Let’s put it this way,” Quivers further challenged, suggesting, “Oprah is just showing you her life. She doesn’t show off.”

Stern replied, “Well you gotta be a little confident and know there are people fighting out there Robin.

“You gotta be a little aware of this shit.”

The Independent has reached out to Winfrey representatives for comment.

Winfrey’s current net worth is estimated at $2.5 billion (£2bn) (via forbes) accumulated through the combination of her talk show hits, brand ambassadors and TV shows.
