“How honest”: Talksport expert was amazed by the 21-year-old Arsenal player

TalkSPORT pundit Scott Minto has gushed about Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka and praised his honesty.

The former Chelsea player has said more talkSPORT (2:15 p.m., August 12, 2023) that Arsenal and England international winger Bukayo Saka is a very honest player.

The pundit commented on Saka in the opening minutes of the second half of Saturday afternoon’s Premier League game against Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium in north London.

Minto noticed that Saka didn’t go down and tried to earn a penalty when challenged in the Forest box.

Praise for Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka

Meanwhile, former forest manager Martin O’Neill has praised Saka.

Minto said of Saka: “He’s old-fashioned about his honesty.

“He came into the box there, two players covered him, he went to the other side, there was a light touch, not really enough to go down, but I would say at least 50% of the Premier’s strikers League would have gone down and asked that.” Question from the referee. But he didn’t.”

O’Neill said of Saka, “He’s a wonderful footballer to watch.”

One of the best young players in the world, Bukayo Saka is just a brilliant footballer.

And he’s only 21.

One of the first names on the Arsenal squad list, Saka is also a regular for England.

The youngster was great against Forest and he will only get better.

It will be interesting to see how Saka fares in the UEFA Champions League this season.

While we don’t expect Arsenal to actually win the UEFA Champions League, coach Mikel Arteta certainly wants his players to make a positive impact in the competition and progress to the finals as well.
