Walter Golden Jr., 49, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felony possession of a weapon. He is not in custody and is currently wanted by the police.
According to the HPD, officers found the victim with gunshot wounds to the legs around 11:15 p.m. on May 9 at a convenience store at 7626 Jensen Drive.

The teenager was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, police said.
Investigators said the teenager rode his bike to the supermarket and was approached by Golden, who had just left the store.
Golden reportedly drew a gun, chased the victim, and fired multiple shots.
He left the scene with an unidentified black woman in a four-door silver pickup truck, investigators said.
