Helen Skelton takes off a bikini to pose with her baby on break from the Strictly tour

HELEN Skelton looked incredible as she stripped down to a bikini to pose for a photo with her baby daughter during a break from the Strictly tour.

The Countryfile presenter, 39, managed to carve some time out of her busy schedule to hang out with year-old Elsie Kate.

Helen, who came runner-up at Strictly Come Dancing 2022, is one of the celebs currently starring on the Strictly Tour.

The TV favorite took her little girl to the pool for some mother-daughter time.

Helen looked incredible in a black bikini as she held Elsie Kate on her hip.

She captioned the post with a love heart emoji: “Little fish.”

Last week, Helen showed off her throbbing muscles in a sexy black outfit as she sat on dance partner Kai Widdrington on the opening night of the Strictly tour.

To enjoy the start of Strictly Come Dancing – The Live Tour in Birmingham, Helen looked at the camera as she almost did the splits.

She spread her legs either side of her new dance partner Kai after missing out on the Glitterball trophy alongside pro dancer Gorka Marquez last month.

Helen and the rest of the celebrities will be visiting other locations in the UK for the tour.

They will perform in Sheffield, London, Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle.

Helen shares her daughter with ex Richie Myler, 32.

The couple are also parents to sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five.

Helen and Richie went their separate ways in April last year after nine years of marriage.
