Gunman shoots, fatally injures Bronx gas station worker: police
A gas station employee in the Bronx was seriously injured by a gunshot to the head Tuesday night, police said.
The 49-year-old victim was in critical but stable condition after an unidentified suspect approached the man at the store and shot him, the NYPD said.
The shooting happened just after 7 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
The shooter was at large Tuesday night.
The victim’s condition is critical but stable, police said.
Authorities said the incident happened just after 7 p.m. near the corner of Boston Road and Astor Avenue at a Sunoco gas station.
The suspect was still at large as of Tuesday night, police said.
