Gunman shoots, fatally injures Bronx gas station worker: police

A gas station employee in the Bronx was seriously injured by a gunshot to the head Tuesday night, police said.

The 49-year-old victim was in critical but stable condition after an unidentified suspect approached the man at the store and shot him, the NYPD said.
