ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) – Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is scheduled to deliver his eighth and final State of the Union Address from the State House on Wednesday night.
Hogan is expected to talk about some of his legislative priorities, including tackling violent crime, reducing taxes and refinancing the police program.
