EVERTON boss Frank Lampard has blasted his team after being humiliated by Crystal Palace.
The toffees were beaten 4-0 at Selhurst Park on Sunday and missed out on a place in the FA Cup semi-finals.

After that, the angry manager laid down in his flops and asked if they had the “b****** to play with”.
Lampard said after the final whistle: “There’s only so much you can try to reassure someone to get confidence.
“You play at the top of football; This is the FA Cup Quarter Final. If you don’t have the confidence to play, you can flip it and say, “Got the balls to play?” Sorry, but that’s the football term.
“We didn’t play that bad today, Palace didn’t play that well. It was a lack of confidence and a lack of what I just said. It wasn’t a tactic. Palace couldn’t get out of their half for the first 20 minutes.”

When questioned about it how Lampard is transforming the club’s fortuneshe blames his predecessors.
It’s a challenge because it was there quite a long time before I came here,” he said.
“I don’t have a magic wand to get into people’s minds and change the resilience of an entire team. This is a work in progress.
“So we have to work on that, as frustrating as it is for me and the 4,000 fans who have traveled there.”

Lampard was appointed boss in January following Everton’s sacking Rafa Benitez.
But he lost all four of his first away games as manager – equaling the records set by Cliff Britton (1948) and Ian Buchan (1956).
In all competitions, he has lost six of his first ten games since becoming boss.
Everton return on April 3 when they play West Ham in a crucial Premier League game.
They are currently three points above the relegation zone but have two games in hand against 17th-placed Watford.
