GOGGLEBOX favorite Paige Deville has revealed that she is spending Christmas day alone.
The 25-year-old admits she’s facing ‘toughest battle’ this holiday season – months later failed with her co-star Sally’s mother.
The couple left the Channel 4 show in an amazing September – stoned it for providing “no aftercare” and “control” in a scathing social media message.
It follows a bitter feud between Paige and her mother, which has been kept secret.
But seeming to think they still haven’t been able to fix it, Paige wrote on Instagram: “I won’t post this here, but it might help others in the same situation.
“For various reasons, I will be spending Christmas this year alone.
“First time for everything but I’m still optimistic and my plan is to eat, drink, listen to music, watch movies and have fun.
“If anyone is in the same boat, please message me, don’t feel alone and use social media to its advantage.

She shared the message with a snap of her Christmas tree in front of a fireplace and TV.
25-year-old Brummie previously revealed that it was her mother Sally who left Gogglebox in the first place.
She shared: “There have been problems in the family and my mother has been given an ultimatum. This decision means that I have nothing to do with her now. I think this decision is irreversible. okay. I’m sad but that’s life unfortunately.”
She added: “My mom and I started our journey together and I won’t be filming with anyone else.”
Paige did not share any more details about what happened between her and her mother, but criticized Gogglebox for not providing further support following the incident.
She explained: “I felt like I didn’t really have any support after breaking up with my mom. They sent me a phone number to talk to a therapist. But I didn’t feel there. lots of support after care.”
Paige continued to be “thrown into a lion’s den”, saying she was not greatly helped by her bosses when faced with cruel online trolls.
She also hinted that she fell out of love with her work on the show a while back.
The beloved TV series has sparked lengthy filming sessions, which will begin at 3.30pm and continue until well after midnight – with actors being paid just £100 per session.
Paige also said she and her mother are often second choices when there are no “favorites” to shoot.
She stated, “There are more famous characters on the show than me and my mom like Pete, Sophie and Malones. When they weren’t around, the producers would contact us and ask us to film. when we dropped our hats . . . “
On her Twitter page today, Paige boiled up: “I have made the decision to leave Gogglebox. It was an experience but I couldn’t continue because of the long hours of filming, the restraint, the control of the action. and our comments & 0 care support but hello who is interested in the former actor, [they’re] NTA Winner. ”
Channel 4 responded in a statement: “The well-being of contributors – past and present – is paramount and robust protocols are in place to support contributors before, during, and in the future. and after participating in the sequence of events.”
Paige’s departure comes in the middle a tough few months for Gogglebox, which has suffered three heartbreaking deaths, and seven cast members dropped out of the show ahead of tonight’s new series.
