The Sun revealed last Friday how the presenter “pulled her hair out” after production staff rattled.

Unfortunately it was Monday the sixth.

This time, an amused Susanna, 52, and co-host Ben Shephard, 48, were able to laugh at the calendar rooster.

But the mistake has fueled fears among executives that humiliating mistakes will continue to happen.

A show insider said: “Susanna and Ben were stunned, especially after last week’s mishaps.

“Getting the date of the show wrong is pretty bad by anyone’s standards – it was the worst possible start to the week.

“She got past that with a few eye rolls, but it keeps happening.”

Another said: “Actually it’s really sad – the production team seems completely incompetent.

“They just seem overwhelmed.”

Last week, The Sun told how Susanna had frustrated bosses over the fundamental flaws, telling executives that the on-screen flaws “make us look stupid”.

One of the faux pas was the word “remember” being misspelled in a particularly sensitive point about a death.
