Giants’ Mike Glennon deletes concussion protocol, which begins Sunday

Mike Glennon is expected to start after suffering a concussion last Sunday.

Looks like we know Giant‘started in midfield for Sunday’s game against the Chargers.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport Report Mike Glennon removed the concussion protocol and will start this weekend. Glennon suffered a concussion last week lose arrived in Miami and his Week 14 status was called into question.

It was known Daniel Jones unable to play against Los Angeles due to neck strain. The team’s main starting player was injured in the win over Philly in Week 12 and then missed Week 13.

If Glennon wasn’t good to go, the Giants could have started second-year signal caller Jake Fromm.

Obviously, that’s not an ideal scenario – but at this time of year, nothing is ideal for this struggling 4-8 ball box. The Giants just signed Fromm out of the Bills practice team last week, and he has yet to feature in a regular game since entering the league as a 2020 fifth-round draft pick.

Fromm starts just 11 days after the team signed him with a below-average attack in front of him, an ineffective run and a legion of injury-prone against a tough Chargers team that could be. recipe for an irreversible disaster.

Of course, having Glennon leading this badly offensive unit that hasn’t improved following the dismissal of coordinator Jason Garrett could also be a disaster. With Glennon in the lead last week, Big Blue recorded a low of nine points of the season and continues to show the enormous struggles this offense has shown for most of the year.

Basically what I’m saying is that whoever is central on Sunday, the Giants’ defense will need to be perfect – don’t expect that to happen with a talented offense led by Justin Herbert lead Chargers.
