Gary Lineker took to Twitter to share his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s win against Sheffield United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

BBC One’s Match of the Day presenter has praised Tottenham Hotspur for coming from behind to beat Sheffield United today.

The former Tottenham striker appeared to be impressed with the way the North London club took all three points of the game.

Spurs dominated throughout the game but needed to score two late goals to win the game.

The Blades took the lead in the 73rd minute.

Brazilian international striker Richarlison restored Tottenham’s level in the eighth minute of stoppage time.

And then, just two minutes later, Dejan Kulusevski made it 2-1 for Spurs.

Oli McBurnie was sent off moments later for the Blades.

The Spurs won the game 2-1 at the end.

Former Tottenham striker Gary Lineker watched the game and was delighted with the North London club’s victory.

And as you can see below, he seemed impressed too.

Tottenham are currently second in the Premier League with 13 points from five games.

Ange Postecoglou’s team is two points behind leaders and defending champions Manchester City.
