Fortnite chapter 3 has a brand new map, gameplay and characters including Spider-Man
FORTNITE Chapter 3 is here and there’s a ton of new content and features to get into.
NS Fortnite The island has been flipped, meaning the new POIs have a lot to explore including new buildings like The Daily Bugle.

New characters are also coming, along with new gameplay mechanics rumored to return in Chapter 2.
No doubt you want to find out what new content awaits on the Island, so let’s get to it.
Fortnite Map Chapter 3
The new Fortnite Chapter 3 island is home to a number of biomes, including the tropics to the east, snowfields to the west, baking canyons to the south.
POIs include Greasy Grove, and Logjam Lumberyard to the west, The Seven’s Sanctuary, and Daily Bugle complex to the east, Condo Canyon, and Butter Barn to the south.
The southern part of the map is also home to Chonker’s Speedway, where players can participate in off-road racing.
NS Epic blog post also teases many secrets on the map that will be revealed when the snow melts.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Slide, Swing and Crawl
New game mechanics were introduced with Chapter 3 designed to let you navigate the map faster.
Skiing works if you’re going downhill. You can also shoot and build while doing so.
If you get knocked down, you can crawl to safety a lot faster. Easier, you can pick up items, access your inventory, and open Chests and doors while spinning around on the floor.
Swinging starts at 7am PT / 10am ET / 3pm GMT Saturday, December 11. The Spider-Man web shooters will let you swing around the map as you please. your game without civilians risk ruining your fun.
Fortnite Chapter 3 skins
During this season, you can unlock a whole new set of characters in the Fortnite Battle Pass.
- “Lotus Walker” Shanta, unlocked instantly with the Battle Pass
- Homeless Ronin
- Meaningless Lieutenant John Llama
- Synthetic taste but authentic attitude melon tree
- Outlaw optimism Harlowe
- The island raises and protects the island Haven
At the end of the season you can unlock the character of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson – The Foundation, leader of The Seven.
We could see several variations of the Spidey suit as well as other characters from the Spider-Man universe heading to the Item Shop.
“And speaking of Spider-Man, keep an eye out for new Spider-Mans (plus a few friends and foes) coming to the Item Shop throughout the Season!” teasing Epic.
New Weapon in Fortnite Chapter 3
A new series of weapons awaits a new Chapter:
- Ranger Assault Rifle
- MK-Seven . Assault Rifle
- Striker Pump Shotgun
- Auto Shotgun
- Sidearm Pistol
- SMG . Nib
- Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper
Fortnite Chapter 3 New Features
Other new additions to Chapter 3 include tents that can be used as a hoard for your team, where you can also heal.
If you get high enough in Battle Royale, you’ll earn the Crown of Victory, but you’ll need guts to achieve the glory.
The shiny new hat makes you the target of the players in the next match.
If you attempt to finish with your crown still intact, you’ll receive bonus XP, and if you win, you’ll unlock an exclusive emoji.
And continuing from Chapter 2, but hopefully better implemented, is Accolades in Creative.
Play user-generated maps to earn XP to put in your Battle Pass – you’re not limited to Battle Royale for that anymore.
