Former cop slashed at Wall Street subway station

A former NYPD police officer was slashed in the arm on a subway train in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The man was stabbed in the arm just before 4:15 p.m. on the Northbound Line 2 train platform at Wall Street Station during an argument, according to MTA and NYPD officials.

He was treated by EMS and was expected to be fine, police said.

The attacker is still being sought.
