FIRE FIRE: Here’s where Marshall Fire victims can talk to FEMA about rebuilding

BOVERER COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) – Mitigation experts from FEMA are offering to help Marshall Fire victims who are trying to rebuild or repair the damage left by the terrible fire.

These experts will be available Thursday through Tuesday at Louisville Home Depot to answer questions about home repairs, fireproof construction, assemble supply kits, and hire a contractor.

You can find specialists between 8am and 5pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays, 9am to 5pm on Sundays, and 8am to 3pm Tuesday.

Additional mitigation events will be held at home improvement stores in Boulder County in the coming weeks:

  • Thursday, January 27 – Tuesday, February 1: Home Depot, 1600 29th St., Boulder, Colo.
  • Thursday, February 3 – Tuesday, February 8: Lowe’s, 1171 Dillon Rd., Louisville, Colo.
  • Thursday, February 10 – Tuesday, February 15: Home Depot, 393 S. Hoover Rd., Longmont, Colo.
  • Thursday, February 17 – Tuesday, February 22: Lowe’s, 355 Ken Pratt, Longmont, Colo.
