MILAN (Reuters) – Ferrari has decided to remove the logo of Moscow-based Kaspersky Lab from its Formula One cars and the luxury sports car maker is reviewing its supply relationships with the security software maker, a spokesman said on Thursday.
The Ferrari spokesman said the Kaspersky logo had been removed from Formula 1 cars, driver’s helmets and on online platforms “as the partnership is on pause following a joint decision by the two companies”.
He said Kaspersky is one of Ferrari’s antivirus software suppliers.
“We are examining the situation,” he replied to a question about possible developments in the supply relationship between the two companies.
