Fans are raving about Stanley Tucci’s pasta-for-breakfast recipe

The devil wears noodles.

In a new TikTok video, actor Stanley Tucci shared a recipe for a leftover pasta casserole and didn’t hold back as he ate it for breakfast at 10am

Tucci, 62, filmed the video from his eclectic kitchen and explained that he had leftover farfalle pasta and decided to reuse it.

“I sautéed garlic, onions, panchetta and some peas and then put it in a little casserole dish, a casserole dish, with the pasta and then besciamella — besciamella sauce — and mixed it all up with a little butter and parmigiano,” he said in the clip.

Sporting his signature glasses and a sweater slung over his shoulders, the Searching for Italy star stood by his toaster and pulled out the perfectly baked, delicious-looking pasta.

He served everything in an olive green casserole dish.

“It’s only 10am and I think I’ll have it in a minute,” Tucci admitted, smiling.

In the video’s caption, Tucci wrote, “Breakfast, brunch or lunch? I’m not sure, but it was bloody delicious.”

In the comments, fans ate up the recipe — and some even wanted Tucci himself as a snack.

“How am I supposed to date someone if I think Stanley Tucci exists,” one person wrote.

Another agreed, typing, “Sir this is a thirst trap.”

Others admitted to trying the recipe, and one user claimed it was so delicious it almost made her cry.

“Stanely I did this and almost cried it was so good,” the viewer testified. “For that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Someone else replied, “We’ve got that tonight! It’s so great!!!! Thanks 🙏 ❤️.”

In his 2021 memoir, Taste: My Life Through Food, the Julia & Julia actor revealed that he quietly battled oral cancer in 2017, almost causing him to lose his passion and taste for food.

“There were times when I thought I would never be able to cook or eat with the people I love again,” Tucci wrote in the memoir.

He showcased his fondness for food during his 2021 series on CNN entitled “Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy,” which explored different parts of the country and its unique cuisines.

He elected to undergo chemotherapy and radiation, which temporarily caused him to lose his taste, smell, and saliva production.

“After a week of treatment, everything I could put in my mouth tasted like old wet cardboard,” he wrote. “A few days later everything tasted like the same old wet cardboard but smeared with someone’s excrement.”

As a result of cancer treatment, the Devil Wears Prada star struggled with digestive issues and had to have a feeding tube for six months.

"It's only 10 in the morning and I think I'll have it now" Tucci admitted in the clip.

Thankfully, however, the star came out the other side and is now cancer-free, but at the time he wrote that he had extreme mouth sensitivity after the treatment and had limited salivation. He was also more prone to choking.

“My illness and the brutal side effects of the treatment made me realize that food is not just a big part of my life, it’s fundamental was my life,” he wrote.

Tucci’s first wife, Kathryn Spath, tragically died in 2009 after a battle with breast cancer.
