Embattled actor Ezra Miller is in legal trouble again – this time for allegedly stealing alcohol from a Vermont home.
Miller, 29, has been charged with burglary and accused of stealing multiple bottles of alcohol from a home in Stamford earlier this year, according to a newly released police report.
The Flash star was charged after the homeowners – who weren’t home at the time of the alleged break-in – reported the missing bottles to police on May 1. A subsequent investigation, during which police reviewed surveillance video, led police to charge Miller.
Police caught up with Miller — who uses she/them pronouns — more than three months later on Aug. 7 and issued them a subpoena to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 to plead guilty to the charges will.
The charges are the latest allegation made by the ‘Perks of Being a Wallflower’ actor in the past year.
In late June, Rolling Stone reported that Miller was hosting a mother and her three young children in her Vermont farmhouse, which was allegedly filled with drugs and guns.
They were also arrested in Hawaii in March for disorderly conduct and in April for second-degree assault. They were accused of receiving ten 911 calls in less than a month while they were in Aloha state.
The actor has also been accused of grooming young girls in a cult-like situation.
In late June, several victims of Miller’s alleged abuse broke their silence about their interactions with the troubled actor.
