COLUMBIA, SC (AP) – Former Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler says he’s going to South Carolina. Rattler posted on Twitter that he was committed to the Gamecocks, who were coached by the Sooners’ former offensive assistant Shane Beamer. Rattler was one of the top contenders for the Heisman Trophy when the season started, but lost his start job and decided to leave after the season.
