Evacuations have been lifted to Miner’s Candle Fire near Idaho Springs

CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) – Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office says all evacuations for Miner’s Candle Wildfire will be lifted on Monday. Fire emergency evacuation on Sunday.

The fire started at a home outside of Idaho Springs, according to first responders. So far, two buildings and four buildings have burned. No injury reports came as of Monday morning.

Albers said the fire had burned about 15 acres and was 50% contained. They hope to be 100% in control by Tuesday.
