LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – The issue of how to set up humanitarian corridors for civilians will be discussed in talks between Ukraine and Russia on Monday, the governor of Ukraine’s Donetsk region said in a televised address.
Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said the evacuation proposals Russia has offered so far are something Ukraine cannot agree to.
