“It shall be conducted in such a manner as to not prejudice any party in the settlement of the event of failure to which all matters are discussed with the undersigned (the judge) .. . will not be disclosed to the trial judge. The undersigned will of course not act as the trial judge in this case”.

In 2015, a 33-page Arkansas police report was released to the public, claiming that father Jim Bob confessed to local authorities that his eldest son Josh caresses the breasts and genitals of young girls while they slept in the Duggar family’s house years ago.

Josh’s sisters Jill, 30, and Jessa, 29, became two of the alleged victims in an interview with Megyn Kelly, where they claimed they had forgave Josh, who was never charged, for his wrongdoing.

In May 2017, Jill and Jessa sued the City of Springdale, police department employees and other Defendants for invasion of privacy and more, claimed that the release of the records caused “extreme mental and emotional distress.”

Sisters Jinger, 27, and Joy-Anna, 24, are also suing, although they have not publicly been victims of the sexual abuse allegations.

A source close to the family told The Sun that Josh was convicted of child pornography may affect the outcome in your case.

The source said: “They have been allowed to continue their case against the police department and a few police officers.

“That was supposed to go to trial the same week as Josh’s trial, but it’s been set again.

“If there is a trial, the damage can be reduced by Josh’s Faith. ”

On December 9, Josh was guilty on child pornography charges, concluding a two-week trial.

Duggar’s eldest son is arrested immediately after the verdict was made, and is expected to stay in prison until sentencing in 2022.

The Sun obtained video showing Josh be led into a reservation area of an officer.

He was handcuffed behind his back.

Josh is the first arrest in April, more than a year after the Department of Homeland Security raided his Arkansas car dealership.

He was charged with possession and receipt of child pornography.

TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting after it was revealed in 2015 that Josh had sexually abused several girls as a teenager.

Counting On premiered after the family show was cancelled, but Josh did not appear on the show. The spinoff was later canceled due to the latest family scandal.

Since the ruling was made, several of Josh’s siblings have speak out against he.

His parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, who are named in the Duggar daughters’ lawsuit because they knew they were accused of sexually abusing Josh, filed a statement last week settled the guilty verdict.

It read: “This whole ordeal has been very painful. Today, the grace of God, through the love and prayers of so many, sustains us.

“Our hearts and prayers go out to anyone who has been harmed through CSAM.”

The statement continued: “In the coming days, we will do all we can to surround our daughter-in-law Anna and their children with love and support.

“As parents, we will never stop praying for Joshua, and love him, like all our children.

“In every situation of life, we put our trust in God. He is our source of strength and refuge.”

Concluding message: “Thank you for your prayers.”

Meanwhile, Josh’s sister Jessa and her husband, Ben Seewald, stabs Josh and says child molestation is “evil” after sentencing.

Similarly, Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, calling Josh a “hypocrite” and called child sexual abuse “horrific”.

Josh’s wife, Anna – the mother of 7 children – has yet to speak publicly about the verdict.
