Driver arrested on suspicion of using DUI in fatal crash on Reisterstown Road – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 25, Baltimore County police officers landed at the intersection of Reisterstown and Richmar Streets to investigate an accident.
The crash involved two vehicles, a 2021 Toyota C-HR and a 2015 Honda Civic. The investigation found that the driver of the Toyota, Quincy Ross, 30, died at the scene.

Two passengers in his car were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Civic, 23-year-old Carlos D. Lievano, was arrested and charged with multiple counts and traffic offences, one of which was motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of alcohol.
Lievano is currently being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
