Doctor Who: Actors rumored to take over from Jodie Whittaker, from Lydia West to David Tennant

From the stars of It’s a sin up to Michael Sheen (and even a former Doctor), there’s a long list of replacement casts Jodie Whittaker in Which doctor?.
There has been speculation about who will replace the First Time Queen since January 2020, when it was rumored that she would be leaving the role after completing the 13th season.
Doctor Who’s Final Series Called Flush – which ended earlier this month – was Whittaker’s last outing as the Doctor. Two more special programs will be broadcast in 2022, here are an episode aired on New Year’s Day.
Previous doctors David Tennant, Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi also left the show after three series.
The new star of the show will join Which doctor? at an exciting time, with former showrunner Russell T Davies rejoin the series as the main writer in 2023 for the show’s 60th anniversary.
However, Davies said in a new interview with Guardians that they haven’t cast the Doctor yet and that they’ve “just started auditioning”.

Another member of It’s a sin actor, Douglas was originally an unexpected addition to this list. Roscoe Babatunde was his first television role, but Douglas impressed both Davies and viewers with his performance and is now reported by Sun became the new showrunner’s first choice to take on the role of The Doctor. The 52-year-old actor has starred in sci-fi and fantasy films, appearing in Good Omens, Underworld and Tron: Legacy. The role will also be favorable for him, as he lives in Wales, about half an hour from where the show was filmed. In addition to this, Sheen has connections. She has a connection with Davies, having worked with him on Banana, Cucumber and Year and Year. Interestingly, Miller joined Which doctor?appeared in the 2015 episode “Hell Bent” Not that that stopped the show before – Peter Capaldi famously appeared on Which doctor? in another role prior to receiving the call, as were companions Freema Agyeman and Karen Gillan.
