Desperate search for teenage girl, 14, who disappeared last month as police hunted down her family after she never attended school

A TEEN girl disappeared last month before she had time to go to school.
Millie Birley, 14, is said to be traveling around the country with her parents.
Her school tried to contact the parents for two weeks after the Sunderland teenager went missing but received no response.
Northumbria police were contacted two weeks later.
Neighbors told officers that the family may have moved out of the area a week earlier without alerting the landlord or their school authority.
Officers are urgently searching for the girl and say it is important for Millie or her parents to contact the nearest police station.
Millie’s family has connections to the Scarborough and Hull areas but officers have not ruled out the possibility that they are currently elsewhere.
Anyone with information about the teen’s whereabouts is asked to call 101 log citations 734/250122.
