The discussion began when the couple responded to an audience member asking for advice on how to deal with spending Christmas day alone.
Dani suggests watching a movie or taking a bath, while her dad suggests cooking a hearty meal for himself.
Danny then revealed how lonely he was living in exile in his £1,700-a-month boarding house.
“When I move out for a bit and on Sunday I bake myself, it’s a sad state of affairs because you always make too many potatoes to be fair. You can’t cook a grill for a dish,” he told Dani.
“There is something quite sad about it. I’m so happy, just sobbing as I eat my roast meat, tears running down my cheeks. ”
The EastEnders the star, 44, lived briefly alone in a north London flat in 2017 after His marriage fell apart due to barriers about his lifestyle choices.

“But that’s its thing.”
His daughter Dani then replied: “You have to buy the mummy’s presents even though she got most of them in return.”
Danny said: “Yes, she’s working hard.”

Dani admitted she was clueless when she first gave birth to son Santiago and said she “didn’t know what to do”.
