A California coroner is investigating the untimely death of Dance Gavin Dance bassist Tim Feerick, 34, an official told the Post on Friday.
The rocker was found dead on Wednesday of unknown causes in a modest apartment complex called “The Retreat” on the east side of the city, according to coroner’s records in Sacramento, California.
Members of the post-hardcore screamo band announced Feerick’s death on social media on Thursday, prompting an outpouring of grief from devoted fans.

On Thursday, the band announced Feerick’s death on Twitter, writing, “We are absolutely devastated to share the news that our friend and bassist Tim Feerick passed away last night.”
Feerick first joined the band as a touring member in 2009 before officially joining in 2012.
