Damian Parms accused of stealing luggage at airport: report

According to a report, a former NFL football player who is bench-warming has been arrested for allegedly stealing luggage from a carousel at an Atlanta airport last week.
Ex-defender Damian Parms, who briefly spent time with three professional teams, has been charged with theft after allegedly ripping a phone charger from a bag at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, police said, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.

Body cam footage from the TV station shows Parms speaking to authorities in baggage claim about the bizarre incident.
He is accused of taking a bag and taking the charger from it before leaving the rest of the items at another airport carousel, Fox 5 reported.
He then reportedly left the facility, only to return a few hours later, where police spotted him in the baggage area.

An officer in the footage asked Parms if he flew that day.
Parms reportedly replied no, and the officer then remarked, “OK, so you didn’t even have the right to come to a carousel.”
Parms was signed by the Atlanta Falcons after failing to be called up by Florida Atlantic University in 2015. After the Falcons fired him in 2015, he was signed by the Buffalo Bills and the Carolina Panthers.
It doesn’t appear that Parms has ever played in an NFL game.
