This 10-year-old boy had to deal with his naval commander, the absence of his father, who had been deployed to West Africa. Talking about his father, the boy said he wants to follow in his father’s footsteps, like him expressed:
“..help them and protect them.”
However inspired by his father, the vocation of Jesse McGill, 38, Kingston still misses his father, who had been gone for just over seven months at the time.

His son didn’t want to leave his father’s side when the navy soldier’s sturdy appearance fell, his eyes filled with tears. McGill remember:
“I feel so relieved that I’m finally there to protect him again and he wouldn’t have faced any challenges without me.”
The father said to leave his wife and Kingston’s mom Jesse McGill taking care of their child when alone is extremely difficult for him.
As a boy his age, Kingston described this reunion as pure, innocent and without pretense, simply speech:
“It’s just so much fun.”
Understanding the massive nature of the boy’s father’s return to the country, the school said the boy could get a day off. Hopefully Kingston has seized the opportunity and spent the rest of the day basking in the beauty of his father’s back home.
